Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and mechanically inclined HVAC Apprentice to support our installation and service teams. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a long-term career in the trades, eager to learn from experienced technicians, and ready to grow within a high-performance team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems

• Safely operate tools and equipment under the supervision of lead technicians

• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles

• Participate in on-the-job training and company-provided development programs

• Deliver high-quality workmanship while upholding Chapman Bros. and Apex standards

• Maintain a customer-first mindset at all times

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

What You Bring:

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn the HVAC trade

• Ability to follow directions, work on a team, and take initiative

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or GED required

• HVAC trade school enrollment or completion preferred
